Whether the request comes from a client or an architect, start with the floor plan: upload the PDF or image and the walls and dimensions are built in 3D for you to check.
Then Auto Design lays out the furniture, with the quote already calculated from your factory's price table. You start from an almost finished project, not a blank screen.
In the 3D editor you change dimensions, modules, colors and materials in a few clicks, with no design or architecture background needed.
Every change shows up instantly in the project and the quote: each dimension, cut, drilling, material or finish is priced. With the floor plan in hand, a complete project is ready in about 10 minutes.
Present the project in 3D with the price on screen, in the very first meeting. If the client asks for a change, you adjust it in front of them and the price updates instantly.
During negotiation, you control costs and profit margin and can offer a discount knowing exactly what you're making. We're also building automatic sales proposals, with multiple projects and rendered images.
Deal closed! The production drawings that go to the factory are still made in the software your factory requires, as they are today. You don't have to give up Promob or the software you already use.
