Consent

The use of Oca Maker's services, application, or website is conditioned upon full acceptance of the terms described herein. If you do not agree with any clauses of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our products. These terms may be modified at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Continued use of the services will be interpreted as unrestricted acceptance of the terms in effect at the time of use.

Purpose

Oca Maker is a digital platform intended for the custom creation and acquisition of on-demand furniture. Our proposal is to allow users to design exclusive pieces and purchase them directly through a simple and intuitive interface. Oca Maker is the sole official seller of the products offered, being responsible for the commercialization and delivery of purchased items. The entire process is carried out in accordance with the principles of the Consumer Protection Code.

Use

The use of the platform is intended exclusively for the creation, sharing, and acquisition of furniture by end users. Any deviation from this purpose, even if lawful, is prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal measures if improper use of the platform is detected. Content sharing between users is not permitted. Authentication and authorization are performed via implementation by Oca Maker or via third-party authentication providers (Google, Facebook, and Apple) and the information provided by users is used solely for registration, production, billing, delivery, and support purposes.

Users

Oca Maker is intended exclusively for individuals interested in creating designs or buyers. By registering, the user declares that they have civil capacity to make purchases and assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, including full name, email, phone, CPF (tax ID), and address. We reserve the right to revoke access, edit, or delete registrations at any time, without obligation of prior notice or subsequent justification.

Code of Conduct

The use of the platform requires ethical, respectful conduct consistent with Oca Maker's values. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language in any internal communication channel of the platform;
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or third-party data;
• Creating multiple accounts for illicit purposes;
• Providing false information or using third-party data without authorization.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent exclusion of the user.

Report a Violation

Oca Maker provides official contact channels for reporting inappropriate, suspicious conduct, or conduct that does not comply with these terms. Reports may include:

• Improper use of the platform;
• Offensive content, even if external to the platform, linked to Oca Maker;
• Evidence of fraud or attempts to circumvent platform rules;
• Violations of intellectual property or privacy rights.

Intellectual Property

All content made available on the platform, including furniture designs, images, logos, brands, texts, and visual or functional elements, are the exclusive property of Oca Maker. Their reproduction, distribution, or use for any commercial purposes without prior and express authorization is prohibited. Non-compliance with this clause may result in civil and criminal liability, under applicable law.

Liability Disclaimers

Oca Maker disclaims responsibility for any damages resulting from improper use of the platform by users. The user agrees to hold Oca Maker harmless from any loss resulting from their own improper use of the services.

Suspension and Removal of Users

We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts that violate any of these terms, regardless of prior notice. The restoration of access will depend on individual analysis and will be at the sole discretion of the Oca Maker team. Readmission will not imply waiver or tolerance of previous conduct.

Termination of Activities

In case of temporary or permanent termination of Oca Maker's operations, users will not be entitled to any indemnification, compensation, or payments, except pending legal obligations. The discontinuation of services will be communicated through official channels, as applicable.

Applicable Law and Forum

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Court of the City of São Paulo – SP is elected as competent to resolve any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms.
